Launch of LIGHT STONE Capsule Collection by Toni Grilo
Cosentino City Lisbon presents Light Stone, the capsule collection developed in collaboration with designer Toni Grilo, which challenges the traditional perception of stone by taking Dekton® into a territory of lightness, movement, and near‑suspension.
Using ultra‑thin thicknesses, the designer explores the possibility of “folding stone like a sheet of paper,” revealing forms that break free from the natural limitations of the material.
The collection includes compositions that explore planes and folds in a subtle balance between structure and fluidity, highlighting the potential of Dekton® as a versatile and expressive material. Each piece translates a gesture that expands the language of stone and invites visitors to discover new expressive possibilities for a material known for its performance. Light Stone stands as a contemporary reflection on materiality and on the ability of technology to transform stone into a surface that is unexpectedly light, poetic, and profoundly innovative.
