During Lisbon Design Week 2026, the Molteni&C Flagship Store on Avenida da Liberdade
presents Alma Mater, a limited-edition functional art collection by Arianna Bavuso, founder of
AB+AC Architects. Based in Lisbon, the studio operates at the intersection of architecture, wellbeing,
and neuro-architectural research.
With Alma Mater, everyday gestures become rituals. More than objects, the pieces function as
spatial devices, influencing posture, breath, light, and perception, fostering a more conscious
relationship between body and space. Crafted in stainless steel and hand-poured beeswax, they
balance strength and delicacy, permanence and transformation.
Integrated into Molteni&C interiors, Arianna’s collection reveals itself subtly, adding a sensory and
almost meditative dimension. In her vision, space becomes more than a setting — it transforms
into a place of presence, balance, and awareness.
