Cookie Monster draws a direct analogy between the industrial processes once carried out in the Military Maintenance factories— milling, baking, pasta-making, and biscuit production—and the methodologies central to the discipline of design.
By occupying the former biscuit production room, the exhibition transforms the space into an integral part of the curatorial narrative—a site-specific installation that embodies the full cycle of material transformation.
