The designer's freedom in the contemporary context takes the form of a radical act of emancipation from the conventions imposed by the market and the power structures that define cultural production. In an environment devoid of pre-established rules, the designer is no longer the mere manufacturer of a product, but becomes a thinker, a provocateur, a critic of society itself. Their work is not guided by economic laws, but by an incessant search for meaning, by a desire to reveal what escapes the surface of reality.
